After the Presidents cards came out, our customers wanted a similar pack on the First Ladies. We made one. It features each woman’s official White House painting or photograph on one side, with a narrative about her life on the reverse. Meant to be read alongside the Presidents pack, the First Ladies cards add a more personal dimension to the story. Co-edited by author and Presidents editor Bonnie Blodgett and the noted First Lady author and historian, Carl Sferrazza Anthony, the cards are sold at numerous museums and historic sites, including the White House Visitor Center, Mount Vernon, the FDR, Truman, Eisenhower, Kennedy, Johnson, Carter, Reagan and Bush Presidential Libraries, the U.S. Capitol Historical Society, Gettysburg, Independence Hall, and the Smithsonian.
